Alternator Upgrades

I have underdrive pulleys in my truck. When I lock the
doors, or roll up more than one window at a time, the
battery guage really drops. I never get an alternator
light or anything serious, but I have noticed the
headlights dim a tad.

How or where can I check the AMP rating for the
alternator I have in my truck? I thought it would have
said directly on the alternator. Or does it, and I
just need to decifer the code/part number?

Here is what is says:
-Denso
-12V 70113
-56041 693AC
-TN121000
-4545

Is this an 113 amp unit?

I can get a 145 amp unit, for fairly cheap. Will this
help and be a worthwhile upgrade?

Thanks for any and all info!
Kyle
