I ended up swaping the box for a new one and it still binds up. And on the
down side the backlash adjustment is waaay lose on this new box. I also had
to put in a new pressure hose because the other one popped when i tried to
force the wheel. I'm gonna try and adjust the slop out of the box tonight.
That is if I can get off the couch after work.
