I just replaced all control arm bushings with Energy Suspension Urethane,
Upper and Lower ball joints, and wheel hubs for right at $350 (w/shipping)
on a '99 Dakota (room mate's Truck). The Urethane bushings were $50,
balljoints (Moog) were $50 (set), and new wheel hubs (with replaceable
bearings).

I would personally go aftermarket, unless you can get dealer parts @
cost. List price on the '99 joints from DC is around $75/ea. Hit up
NAPA/CQ/etc and get some Moog joints.
