Squeaky bushings -- anyone make urethane??

I have several vehicles with polyurethane bushings in the front ends. Even
if you lubricate them well on assembly, they will be quiet for a while and
then developing a spongy squishy sound after a while. It is louder in cold
weather. You hear it when going over speed bumps in parking lots or going
over irregular areas going slow such as in a driveway or up and down curbs,
... It seems to be related to how much you drive the vehicle. I have one
that only gets driven once a week or so in summer and it hasn't gotten noisy
yet. The others are daily drivers and they got noisy already.
