I will be able to attend the BBQ afterall. I've put my moving plans on
hold for the time being... and the boss finally gave me the OK for the
vacation time this week. I should even be able to afford the gasoline.

I don't think I'll have Christine this year, but we'll see. I've been
working on her the last few days and I was able to actually make some
progress. She is going in to a shop for an alignment, a new tire, and
some brake work. I'm also going to have them try and do a diagnostic to
see that the fuel injection and computer and sensors are working
alright. I took the truck out for its first test drive, and the engine
and transmission seem to be working well. Ironic - those two things
have been the primary problems the truck has had since I bought it. Now
I have chassis, and brake issues instead.
Anyway... tonight is the first night I have not felt stressed out, in a
very long time. I look forward to seeing everyone next week :) I
reeaally need some fun.
