O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction - 2/1

Either the heater is dead, power from the PCM to the O2 heater is dead,
break/excessive resistance in the wire, or harness issue.

I ordered the above-listed scan tool off Ebay for
about a hundred bucks, and was wondering if anyone had
ever used one? You use it to interface your OBD II
system with a laptop,and read sensor info,etc. I
researched different ones for weeks before settling on
this one. I have a P0155 code that's come up on my Dak
(2001 4.7),and my 3.9 work truck is running like crap!
It's surging and missing really bad,and plugs only
helped a little,so I figured it wouldn't hurt to have
one to see what the sensors are doing.
