Just to add to the discussion...
Even if its a used, second hand throttlebody, we are always there for free
of cost rebuilds for virtually any reason (nitrous burps, old age, fire
damage, etc) Lots of things can cause idle issues with the 4.7, and we have
made changes to the basic design over the years that we can upgrade to older
units (4.7) if required. As Jon said, we do not like unhappy customers, and
there are few technical problems that cannot be overcome. My email is
pretty slammed these days (as is my phone line) but if Kyle sends it back to
us we are more than happy to check it out and upgrade it as necc (even
though its a second hand unit...) free of charge. I havnt heard from Kyle
since he re-adjusted the plate stop... Email is the best way to contact me
though!
