I think it ended up being Fuse 5. The fuse was blown very convincingly -
not a small break, it was GONE.

Even odder - all the fuses and relays marked on the box cover as "spare"
were missing. Van's only got 40K on it, we've put about 10K of that on.
Either it's blown some of those components before, or someone was using
it for spare parts.
