Re: Transfer case problems 2

Yesterday I went up to Tacoma, WA and met with my training supervisor
so I am good to go with the job and location. Then today I drove back
down (I've been using my mom's car) and got the transfer case put in.
So far so good, in fact when I took it for a spin I ended up towing a
broken down Toyota 4Runner off the freeway off ramp. I'll head up to
Tacoma at the beginning of next week and hopefully start work on
Tuesday.

Now, to make this a little more DML quality, I ordered the transfer
case from Monster Transmission and Performance (website is
http://eatmyshift.com). It is a complete rebuild and comes with a 12
month unlimited mileage warranty. They were very prompt and it was
ready to ship the next day. They have two shops where they rebuild the
transfer cases, transmissions, etc one is in South Carolina the other
in California.

All the talk from the Midwest has gotten me wondering if there's
anybody else on the list from the Seattle Metro area or even elsewhere
in the Northwest. It would be cool to have a get together sometime.
