OT Neon question

Just changed the plugs in my wife's 95 Neon 2.0 SOHC, and noticed a fair
amount of oil around the bottom of the plugs. Is this common and if not
what's the fix? I'm thinking pull the valve cover and replace some seals?

P.S. alot easier changing the plugs on the Neon than on my Dak :-)
