OT: Dual Hard Drives...again

OK. So now I have 2 hard drives to play with. What's the best way to
utilize them. From the previous discussion I know having the swap file and
data files separate is a good idea. How about the other stuff

Drive 1: OS, installed programs (Program Files folder)

Drive 2: Data (Is this the entire Documents and Settings folder?), swap file

Does this sound right or is there a better way?
