Glad to hear you survived your trip. Did all the economy cars? :-)
I don't think I've posted since we got back. After we left Jon's, we
headed over to the 24 hour grocery store to pick up a few things (they
don't sell Norah's favorite flavor of yogurt in Canada) and gassed up.
It was about 2:00 AM when we got on the highway, which put us home
around 4:30.
Did you get any rain at DML HQ? Between exits 59 and 58 we had the
wipers on full and still couldn't see. It took 20 minutes just to
travel that distance, then it cleared up. Weird.
We didn't even wake up on Sunday until noon. I got my tires re-mounted
on Sunday, and I've spent most of today fighting a laser printer I
bought a few years back on eBay. eBay is my favorite source for bargain
shopping, but I've learned to NEVER get a printer on eBay. Printers
wear out. With what I've spent on this thing in parts trying to make it
work right (which it still doesn't) I probably could have purchased a
pretty nice one brand new.
