You can use Zip-Ties to hold the cam chains in place. Just make darn sure
you have the tone ring installed properly over the dowel pin before
tightening down the bolt. If you either tap it on with a hammer (because it
was "close") or try to pull it down with the bolt, you risk shearing the
dowel pin which can cause the valves to hit the pistons (cam timing will be
off if the pin shears).
Take your time and be patient, the tone ring can be a PITA to reinstall but
it will pop on properly without having to use a hammer to tap it on.

Looks like it, yeah. The factory service manual covers removal and
installation of the camshafts (section 9: engine, page 173). It calls for
various "special tools", but you'll probably end up improvising something to
take their place.
