Belt Tensioner - 15mm for pulley and bracket bolts
Idler Pulley - 14mm or 9/16" ;)

Actually, the tensioner pulley is a 15mm bolt. The idler pulley is 14mm. At least that's the way it is/was on both my R/Ts.
