Hi Tom,
I'm still around. I have to see what my recent hospital bills are (got a
knee infection and been out of comission for 2 weeks now). I was in the
hospital for 3 days on aggressive anti-biotic treatments. Last Monday, I
had my knee drained and left open (yup, to the bone) and yesterday, I had
another surgery to finally close it up. I'm finally able to go back to work
Wednesday after over 2 weeks of being off.
Wherever the summer BBQ is, I'll try to make it. If I can, I'll definitely
bring my ribs (more than enough for thirds and fourths). Imagine Ribs and
Eggs for breakfast. I'll also bring my salsa and try my brat recipe as
well.
