Techron from Chevron (found at most parts stores) works really well in the
tank.
As for the tune-up interval - 30-35K miles tops on the plugs. Also, with
that high mileage...change out your O2 sensors to regain some of the
performance and mileage.

Subject: DML: 4.7 tune up....how many miles in between??
When i got our 00' Dak Quad Cab with 81,500,the dealer had installed new
plugs.Its now 125,000 miles.
Cold weather definetly affects mileage. My city mileage is running at 11-12
mpg,and hwy 15.5-16.5(temps
10+F-25)
Idles smoothly,no hesitation.Going to clean my air filter(Airraid),and run
Chevron cleaner thru the fuel tank..
Now,does anyone know where i can get this so-called "fuel system service"
stuff that gets poured in the tank,or do i even need it???
