Andrew,
First thing I'd try is to call a few junkyards. I bet you can get the
woodgrain style bezel also. Try Ebay too. I took the woodgrain style
off my truck in favor of the black. I don't think I still have the
woodgrain, though I'll take a look for it.
Maybe someone on the DML has a spare even.
