Ohio has 14 e-check counties. I did a quick Google search and found some
stuff from the Ohio EPA. There is a greater decrease in ozone (a
byproduct of hydrocarbon and NOx decomposition) in Ohio counties where
emissions checks are done than where they are not done. It lacks a few
things normally present in scientific presentations. p-values? Slope?
It's more of an executive summary anyway.
