Colgate also works - one small "travel size" tube is enough to do 4
headlamps and costs about 80 cents. (...and keeps your headlamps smiling).

On the yellowed headlamps on my 1999. I just used Mothers Mag and
Aluminum Polish. Using that stuff and a towel and some scrubbing,
like 95 percent of the yellowing came off within a few minutes on each
side.

That Mothers stuff is available at Autoparts stores and comes in a
little white plastic 5 ounce tub.
