And then there's the imported automotive fuses. Harbor Freight carries one
line that has been causing issues in vehicles lately - GM was the first to
report it and Chrysler, LLC has been warning us about them as well - those
fuses will void a warranty if they find them. A 5amp fuse doesn't "blow"
until it's over 50 amps...the lead content in the body of the fuse was so
high that it was conducting and melting before the actual wire even started
to fry out.
