Ah,you've hit it sir! I knew that,but I forgot.
Yeah,mosfets have really high input impedance. Almost
like tubes. Very good. That is the answer,if it does
prove to be that sensitive. My only fear would be for
the FET to short. That could be really bad. LEDs
usually open when they fail.
