With the proportioning valve calibrated properly and the brake lines filled
(properly) with fluid (and no air)...they do actuate at the same time. If
you want to time it in milliseconds...then yes, they don't move quite at the
same time...but for normal operation, both fronts actuate at the same time.
Of course, then there's the ABS pump which can "pulse" individual corners
when it needs to.

Bob and my Dak both stuck on the passenger side first, for what reason, I am
not sure, likely the difference in the length of the brake line. You do
understand that brakes do not work at all exactly the same time. One piston
will push against a brake pad and that resistance makes the other piston
force against the other pad and so on. So you see, one can bind before
another as did happen to my Dak and Bob's and others I am sure.

Both sides would be sticking if that happened. The way the lines and brake
system is designed on these vehicles, one side wouldn't stick if that
happened unless there's a problem in the line or caliper.

I would think it can. As the rod keeps backing out, the fluid cannot get
back into the master cylinder and keeps pushing the caliper piston out. Of
course it can, it did on mine.

But the brake booster can not lock up a caliper. It's impossible.

Starts with a pull to the side then does what his truck is doing.

Hey, Josh...
When I lost the booster on the DAKSY,
She was starting to pull towards the p-side
I thought sure it was the caliper...
I pilled it & with a c-clamp & a friend, I was able to see that it was
functioning properly...
That's when Rascal clued me in to the Booster...
I also lost the rotor pads & shortly after that wheel bearing went...
Since the Booster change-out, no probs...
Course it took me about 5-6 hours to do it...
