By writing an email like that you are ASKING for help. While that might
be a first step, you need to get your family involved and make sure you
get some professional medical help, immediately.
My brother tried to commit suicide recently after being home for the last two years trying to help my mom, who had a heart attack and then lost her right leg during the process. He went back home and just lost it. If you have a job, then you are in an even better position than my brother, who gave up everything to try and help and is relying on state institutions (and me) to get better/take care of financial issues. If you don't, be assured there are groups out there that can help for free. Just call social services.
I'm sorry that I'm not a religious person to offer prayers for you, but I will wish you well. Everything will work out if you get the people in your life that love you involved. Just don't wait.
