If it's that high mileage...yes, replace the rear O2 as well. Normally, the
front O2 is what you should be concerned with as it's primary job is Fuel
control. The rear also controls fuel delivery but is mainly there for
catalytic monitoring.

I've just replaced the front O2 sensor on my 97, 318, and was wondering
about replacing the sensor after the cat. Does this one go bad, and if so
what are the effects? I know the front one is the most important and I'm
just wondering if and when the rear should be replaced.
