OK, true traxx all installed and i think it's in correctly.
Got to the shop this AM bashed the pinion out, using large Ford tool.
Brought new pinion over to nearby shop to install rear pinion bearing.
Drove 30 mile round trip to get yet another and final set of ring gear bolts.
Pinion installed.
Ring gear installed.
What complete ABSOLUTE MORON came up with the "dreaded, err threaded, adjuster?"
Shims weren't good enuff for Ma Mopar?
So with no special 40" long male wrench i used a scribe and small Ford tool to get them set so that my pattern looked good and there were no strange noises when spinning by hand.
Get it all back together, and run it with the wheels up again no noises.
Figure i'll either drop the cover next week or hopefully will be at a job site where i can borrow a borescope to see if the ring looks happy.

would really rather work on a GM 3rd member.
