No, actually, that's just how you're supposed to drive that stretch of
I-15. One of my friends had a mid-80s Escort with a speedometer that
only went up to 85. I asked how fast he drove it, and he said the
speedometer just showed "about ten". Apparently there wasn't a peg on
the dial to keep the needle from wrapping all the way around.
Fun times.
