The bolts come loose on their own or just break in the head. I see it all
the time.
The passenger side is fairly easy but the driver side sucks....especially of
the bolt breaks in the head - you have to either lift the engine to get a 90
degree drill in there or pull the head (which really isn't hard on the
4.7L).

What do you have to do to have a manifold gasket blow/burn out on these? I
have 54,000 miles on my '00 WJ and it's been through all sorts of hard use.
No problems so far. Do I have something to look forward to?
