Nope...we can only reset/change the mileage in the PCM (which is only for
the timers - not actual mileage). It also depends on the year/model of the
vehicle. The newer clusters are VIN specific and can cause anything from a
no-start condition to just a mild check engine light on. What year is this
for anyway - that makes a huge difference.

ok lets say a person buys a car with a digital instrument cluster... and
that car has no tach, and the guy wants a tach, so he buys a stock
cluster for that car that has a tach. But he also wants the odometer to
read correct milage... I'm assuming a dealer can reprogram a cluster to
read the correct milage?
Guess this question is directed at Bernd - whats a dealer charge to do
something like that? Should be plug and play with a scantool I would
imagine.
