Replacement Drivers seat foam

Hi:
Does anyone know of a source for replacement seat foam for a '98 Dakota? After
300,000km and being a 4x4 the foam is all mashed on the exit/entry side and
crumbling onto the floor from sliding in and out. I've called the local savage
yards and all they'll offer me is a whole seat, frame and all. Now if they had
leather I might be inclined to switch the whole thing.
