If anything, it would be the XM hardware that stopped working as they
were bought by Sirius. Both companies have committed to supporting the
hardware in the field for quite a long time, so that's a non-factor.
Plus, the merger was only very recently approved, and doing ANY
hardware/software switchover/merge will take more than a year.
