Yep! They are indeed 16". Even have Bridgestone Dueler tires on them yet. I think I only have about 10k miles on them. I can get you a measurement of the tread if you want.

I may have a set for you. They aren't stock though, they are a set of 4 polished that I had bought for my 2000 Dakota. I think they are 16", but let me double check.
