I don't know of any 318/5.2L engines available with an upgraded cam but MP
used to sell a 360 magnum short block, with an R/T cam, just for replacement
of a stock EFI engine. I think it was also .020 over bored. You might
check Summit & Jegs.....they used to carry them.
