On the interchange...1998-2003 will match up. One thing to also keep in
mind - the Mopar Reman transmissions come with a 3yr/100K mile warranty and
they're not "used" transmissions.

Well, to top off a BAD month the tranny in my '02 dak just died, dealer took
apart said it's toast...
Anyone happen to have a auto for a 2wd 3.9l?
or at least know what years it will interchange from? I need to find one
ASAP, dealer wants $1600 for a USED one!
