I'm only running the single alternator. Still OEM I think. I added about an
inch and a half in length to the stock battery tray, and I run a pair of Oddesy
batteries. I think the first set was a Black Panther. Each will handle an 1000
amp discharge. I suspect that it would would keep up with the stero with ample
wiring. Not sure how much run time you'd get before the batteries drained, as a
single alternator wouldn't be able to keep up with the discharge rate...
