I took it in to the dealer as I couldn't find any bad hoses. Turned out it was the IAC and PVC valve. Oh, and $500 too. :(

That code is normally caused by a vacuum leak (check all of the hoses).
What year and engine is the Caravan?

No one has touched it since I bought it in August. I originally thought it
was something to do with the transmission. When I come to a stop, it seems
like it is having an issue shifting back into 1st gear. Seems fine
accelerating or at full speed.

Idle system - idle speed too high. Did someone forget to connect the vacuum
