I *just* fixed this problem on my truck. It cost me $12, and about 2
hours. Dremel the 4 bolts holding the Y pipe to the headers, lower the
Y pipe, grind off the flanges. Buy 2 2-1/2" flanges, cut them in half,
weld them around each of the header ends of the y pipe.

Or pay meinike to do this...
