The upper one (white) is the one that's burnt out. Both lamps, white and blue,
are actually the same bulb, they just have different rubber "bulb condoms"
over them.
Size is about 1/4" wide, 3/8" tall. Obviously it's a 12V bulb, but I have no
other specs on it.
