Like I said, not sure if your '97 is the same as my '99 was. There may just
be two. Probably one right before and one right after the cat on top of the
pipe.

OK, Brian. I hear you say that there's one O2 sensor on each down pope
either side of the Cat. Conv.
This gives a total of 4?

My diagnostic tool reported info for only two (all others were "N/A"). I
saw reported "1000V" for Sensors 1 & 2, Bank 1.

My guess was I had 2 to locate.

Any thoughts?

And thanks for Bernd for confirming that P0132 is likely bad O2 sensors.
