Kinda like the (crank case) sump drain pan on some of the old VW Type I's.
I always wanted to get my hands of the "engineers" whose bright minds
decided that the best arrangement for the guy who simply wants to drain a
sump is to require removal of the ENTIRE pan! Thanks for the picture and
the enlightenment. I should be off & running now. I may weld a tap into
the stock pan for a std. plug. Or, I stumbled onto this:
