It's partially my fault, I don't think I used enough around the holes.
It's just mighty irritating when you see 30 bucks in synthetic lube drip
out that you thought would last you 100k. ;)

I let the stupid thing dry overnight and it still leaks really annoys me,
so I ordered the gasket that I posted on earlier, we'll see how well she
works. I'd like a stronger diff cover but considering the other issues
this truck perpetually has I'm going to have to hold off.

Putting oil in something right after I put RTV on scares me... I've seen
orange oil be drained out of a friend's vehicle before when he did
that... the same vehicle soon after spun a rod bearing from the oil
pickup screen being plugged with orange RTV! Admittedly he used way too
much though.
