Bear with me guys, as I know nothing about Neon's and 4 bangers. First off
thanks for the response Matt. This water pump inlet is what the bottom
radiator hose coming from the Rad connects to right? Because everything
around there and the front of the engine is completely dry. I'm stumped!!
