For anyone following along at home, I replaced the RF bearing hub assembly on Saturday. It didn't help. I replaced the LF bearing hub assembly on Sunday (today) and the noise is gone.

One weekend, $300 in parts, and my first truck maintenance more complicated than an oil change. Not a bad intro to life outside of a warranty.
