Uhm, Tom, I am with Mike here. Fabricating a frame from scratch might
be a bit much, but you still have Christine's frame to use as a model.
You can do a decent welding job with a comparatively cheap welder.
Actually you can pick up a welderator for under a grand and you don't
even need to re-wire the swamp. The second component is skill, and that
can be learned. Mike and I are decent welders [Mike is probably better
than me] and Josh is better than both of us. Heck, you can't swing a
dead cat on this list without hittin at least two people that can weld.
  Even if you have never done it before, if you are smart enough to swap
a motor, you can teach yourself to weld...
