Sadly the time has come for me to move on and sell my dak. I need to get
something with a useable back seat that fits kids car seats. I figured that
since the dml has been here for me all these years I'd give the list first
crack.
Here's the deal:
*2000 base model 3.9 auto club cab
*125k miles
*hotchkis 2/3 drop
*Patriot blue with black AAR cowl induction hood
*Rear Windows tinted to 3% with 35% on the driver window. Passenger is not
tinted, never got around to it after replacing the glass. It has the sliding
rear window also.
*fresh brakes (going on this week)
*mp3 player. Truck is fully wired for lots of stereo if you are so inclined.
*clutch fan removed, uses only factory electronic fan. (not a problem unless
you get stuck in gridlock traffic)
*airaid cold air intake
*computer programmed with superchips controller
*drop in bedliner
*extang cover
*comes with all stock parts
*comes with mopar service and diagnostics manuals (iirc 6 books total)
*lakewood traction bars
The trans was built about 80k ago and is in great shape, will bark tires
into second. It has all moog suspension parts on it, the ball joints are in
great shape. (less than 15k miles on them) Has Monroe sensatrack (lifetime
warranted) shocks all around, fronts might need replacing. It has the slt
lower valence with fog light holes and no front plate bracket. The driver
seat is a little worn out and the carpet has a couple marks on it but the
rest of the interior is pristine.
It has a Gibson muffler on it but nothing after so it's kinda loud. It
doesn't sound bad though, I consistently get compliments on the sound. The
cat was replaced 3 years ago.
There are 2 dings on the left side, one tiny one by the front wheel and the
other in the extended cab portion. There is a small rust raspberry on the
bottom of the tailgate as well as a little bit starting on the pinch weld
under the doors. The windshield is cracked and there's a small corrosion
spot at the top left that will need to be addressed if a new windshield is
installed.
I am the original owner and have been meticulous about fluid changes and
other maintenance. All the fluids are synthetic and have been since their
respective first service interval. No fluid leaks, doesn't leave spots on
the ground.
It needs tires but I would be willing to take a couple hundred bucks off if
you take it as-is. Otherwise I'm going to be putting 4 tires on it in the
next couple of weeks.
I can send or post pics if anyone wants to see anything specific. Here is a
generic shot for reference.
