Serpentine belt - anybody understand NAPA pricing?

I need a serpentine belt (125K miles, probably never been changed, cracking is
evident, etc.). So I'm looking at NAPA's web site over lunch to see what they
have available.

There's a "belt and tensioner kit" (p/n DBK DBK070975) for $190.79.

This seems to consist of their belt (p/n NBH-25070905, $48.71), belt tensioner
(p/n NBH-38116, $76.95), and idler pulley (p/n NBH-38033, $30.29). Adding
those up, it appears that the box the kit comes in must be worth $34.84. Is
there something else in the kit that I'm not seeing?
