This won't affect the 'no guages' part, but have you
made sure you have a crank signal from the CPS??
I'm not all that familiar with any MOPARs later than
the '95, but mine won't start unless the PCM gets a
rotating signal from the CPS...
Never under any circumstance take a laxative
and a sleeping pill on the same night!!
