Hi Tom . I remember as a Kid ( now 65 ) having to wack frozen starters with a hammer ( Ontario Canada ) to get them to engage the fly wheel. That was on 50 - 60's cars . I never thought of internal condensation or water from road splash . Perhaps this Tube Thing ?
