driving from home (providence ri more or less)to work in DE (new ark more or less)
around 20 miles east of new haven CT clutch pedal vanishes
so drive rest of the way down sans a clutch
not so bad on highway, stop and go kinda ruff stay back so i can catch up slowly
but stop lights and stop and suck!!!!!!!!!!!!
get down here lots of lights and the need to park in one way spaces
find out it's leaking @ the slave
so hedging bets, since i've never put a slave on unless bought from dodge with the whole f'ing hydraulics and been able to shift....ordered whole shebang from local dodge and slave from auto zombie
slave shows up with busted bridle try it anyway...no joy new slave maybe on 18th
gonna wait, whole she bang a real pita but will keep it in case of emergency, assuming i can get the slave to work.
with the leaky slave i can get pedal feedback so will swap that back on pump her up
take the f'ed slave open the valve with piston out
fill with fluid
push piston back
and using the handy man's secret weapon hold it all the way in
close valve
valve is weird....the ring opens not the middle......
next truck gonna be not FIAT.....oh wait mine is bendtz
