Interesting, I just had to replace the exhaust manifolds on my '00 @103k. (Well, the gasket blew out, and I took the opportunity to upgrade to the Gibson manifolds I'd always wanted! :) )

Next on the list is the rear bumper. Looks like a common issue on daks from around '00, seem to rust out right where the hole for the ball hitch is.
