I would take it to a dealer or trans shop and just have them change the
fluid and adjust the bands. If that doesn't fix it, then there could be
underlying issues. That being said, sometimes it's just a solenoid or
something significantly cheaper than a whole slushbox but only a trans guy
or dealer would be able to really troubleshoot it.
